We do everything a conventional agency would do, which includes professional photography , advertising on all the top property portals, with qualified registered agents looking after the process. The only difference is that we don’t attend the viewings which allows us to book a lot more viewings each day for many properties this actually gets more buyers through each of our properties which in turn actually gives sellers a better service and a quicker sale.

The answer is simple - to try maximise your return when selling your property and not having to pay exorbitant commission fees. The economic climate is always changing the cost of living is a lot higher these days, we are merely offering the same service and expertise to get the job done right and save the seller from paying high fees.
Will we clear more if I use a low commission agency opposed to a conventional agency.
The answer is yes, as each property has a market value and it doesn’t matter which agency you use the market value will remain the same. The only difference is that you will pay a considerable lesser amount in agent's commission when you sell through us.

Because at the end of the day every property has a market value based on what buyers are prepared to spend in an area or complex. Remember buyers look at many properties before making a decision and in doing that they are very well informed of what the values are before making a decision. Yes we can offer sellers the conventional estate agents service should they prefer, whereas we will take buyers to the property and offer the full service. This service is available in certain areas where there is a dedicated broker. You may contact us to get more information regarding the conventional agent service.
What are our pricing options
We are a low commission company and our commission works as follows:
On an Exclusive mandate our fees work as follows..
1. Properties under R 1 million, we charge a flat fee of R 19 999 Excl VAT
2. Properties over R 1 million we charge 1.95 % commission
On an Open mandate our fees work as follows..
1. Properties under R 1 million, we charge a flat fee of R 29 999 Excl VAT
2. Properties over R 1 million we charge 3 % commission
